A powder highlighter you can use to achieve a radiant & glowy look
The GRWM Cosmetics Quad Goals: The Pressed Highlighter is a multi-use highlighter that comes in seven shades that you can use to achieve a radiant and glowy look.

1. Swirl your finger or brush onto the pan to skim off the first layer.
2. Dip your brush into pan and tap off the excess powder.
3. Apply the highlighter lightly to all of the spots of the face that catches light such as the cheekbones, temples, down the nose bridge and tip of your nose, the inner corner of eyes, and above the cupid's bow.
The Quad Goals matte powder is a hard-pressed powder formulation that minimises product fallout during application. To avoid the pan from hardening, make sure that makeup tools are free from moisture or oil. In case the topmost layer of the powder hardens, use adhesive tape and press it onto the pan to remove the hardened areas of the powder. Repeat until the hard layer has been completely removed. Another way is to scrape the topmost layer lightly using a spoolie or a small spatula to remove the hardened layer. After following these steps, your matte powders are all set to be used again.
