A toner that removes dead skin cells while filling up the skin with moisture
Made from deep sea water of Ulleungdo Island which contains 72 types of nature-derived minerals, such as magnesium, calcium and zinc to maintain the moisture balance of the skin. Panthenol, allantoin and betaine also moisturises the skin and protects sensitive skin.
The water-type texture quickly adheres to the skin and leaves it fresh.
After cleansing the face, sufficiently soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of the toner. Gently wipe along the skin texture to smooth it out.
