This transparent fixing gel mascara offers perfect curl / volume / waterproof fix in any environment and climate. It holds the curl of your lashes all day and is infused with Black Food extracts to condition lashes.
1. Apply Dr. Mascara Fixer after using an eyelash curler.
2. Allow to dry for 10 to 20 seconds.
3. Finish off with a mascara.
