Shipping policy
Shipping Time-frames
- We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney, Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please expect slightly longer processing times during sale periods and public holidays.
Delivery Times
- For domestic delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post domestic delivery times.
- For international delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post international delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Track your parcel and get expected delivery dates through the Australia Post or New Zealand Post website.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being picked up from the post office, a handling fee of AUD$20 plus the additional shipping cost will be required to resend the package.
Receiving Your Parcel
- We recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive your parcel during business hours (Monday to Friday).
- All parcels are shipped with "Authority to Leave" unless the "Signature on Delivery" option is selected at checkout. This means your local postie can leave the parcel in a safe location if no one is available to receive it.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number indicates delivery has been completed.
Signature on Delivery Option
- If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, we strongly recommend selecting the "Signature on Delivery" option at checkout.
- This ensures that if nobody is available to receive your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.

There are Standard and Express shipping options for orders within Australia.
