1. Slightly twist the dial on the bottom clockwise for the content to come out.
2. Don't let the product come out too much. About 5mm from the container is just the right amount.
3. Directly apply it onto your skin by lightly dragging the product across your face.
4. Directly apply the product to any exposed areas of your body that need sun protection.
