1. Remove the plastic protestor from the adhesive
2. Scoop each boob from the bottom upward
3. Paste the top part at the top of your chest
4. After using, remove and wash your cover-ups under running water with mild soap.
5. Leave it to air dry for 20-30 minutes with the adhesive facing upwards.
6. Store it back in the resealable pouch with the plastic sheet to retain efficacy of the adhesive.
