Soon Jung pH 5.5 Relief Toner instantly provides moisture and gives a moist, smooth finish without stickiness. It contains skin soothing Panthenol and Madecassoside to calm down irritated skin.

  • Panthenol: Strengthens skin barrier and helps maintain moisture. Effective in soothing skin irritation caused by dryness.
  • Madecassoside: Calms down the irritated skin and helps protect the skin from exterior 

Formulated at an ideal pH level of 5.5 that is similar to skin's acidity, this water-light toner helps keep the skin healthy. It has also passed various skin tests to very its hypoallergenic formula and is free of materials derived from animals, mineral oil, polyacrylamide, imidazolidinyl urea, triethanolamine, colour additives, silicone oil, synthetic perfume, PEG surfactant and parabel.

After cleansing, take an adequate amount into your palm and gently pat it onto the skin.

Have an easily-irritated skin? Store the product in the fridge and use it cold, or soak cotton pads/dry sheets with the toner and use as sheet masks.
