Yes and no

I loved this at first as it did seem pretty smudge resistant however, working up a sweat cleaning I looked in the mirror so see Rudy Giuliani staring back at me...my brows had run down my face much to my horror. So good product for no activities but bad...very very bad for anyone expecting their brows to stay put if their face is likely to perspire.
